INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 6 pork fillets of 200gr
- 200 gr of sliced bacon
- 125 gr. of Crema al Gorgonzola DOP Calzetti
-50 gr of butter
- half a glass of white wine
- Sage to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
Dip the pork fillets in flour and dress them with the bacon.
In a saucepan with two tablespoons of oil, froth the butter.
Arrange the pork fillets and brown over high heat for five minutes per side.
Deglaze with the wine then remove from the heat. Cover the fillets with the gorgonzola cream.
Add salt and pepper and cook over low heat for another 15 minutes, until the gorgonzola has melted well.
