Testaroli with cream of Parmigiano Reggiano and Calzetti truffle

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

  • 1 whole base of testaroli 2 packs of CREAM OF PARMIGIANO REGGIANO WITH CALZETTI TRUFFLE Grated Parmesan cheese to taste (optional)

Preparation: Cut the testaroli in the typical lozenge shape (you can also take them already cut). Once cut, let them soak in boiling salted water for 30 seconds-1 minutes. In the meantime, heat the CREAM OF PARMIGIANO REGGIANO WITH CALZETTI TRUFFLES, adding 2/3 tablespoons of boiling cooking water. Drain the testaroli, season with the cream and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. We remind you that a 125 gr tub is enough for 3 people.
