POTATOES AND SALMON FLAT WITH PARMIGIANO REGGIANO DOP CREAM

Le ricette con le creme Calzetti

Ingredients for 6 flans:

600g of boiled potatoes

Chopped mixed spices (rosemary sage chives to taste and parsley and to taste, 1 small clove of garlic)

2 whole eggs

Salt and Pepper To Taste.

1 tub of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Calzetti cream

200 g of smoked salmon

1 small scamorza cheese into small pieces

Butter and breadcrumbs.

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes and mash them with a potato masher and add all the rest (herbs, eggs, salt, pepper).

Butter the molds and coat them with the breadcrumbs Start spreading the mixture inside and make a hollow inside where you will put the scamorza cheese and a slice of salmon.

Close the pie with the potato filling and sprinkle with breadcrumbs Bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven at 200 degrees.

Remove the pie from the mold and pour over a nice spoonful of Parmesan cream made lukewarm in the microwave for 20 seconds.
