
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
4 classic italian piadine
2 pots of Calzetti five-cheese cream
300 gr of raw ham
rocket


Preparation:
Place the piadina without seasoning in a pre-heated non-stick pan over medium heat.
Heat it up on both sides for a few minutes. Then, remove it from the heat, spread a couple of tablespoons of five cheese cream on top.
Arrange on top of the ham, a nice handful of rucola already washed and dried, fold to close.
Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
