Produced using the best GORGONZOLA DOP, to obtain a cream that enhances its unique and unmistakable taste. Ideal for seasoning risottos, pasta and soups, it is ready to use and gives a unique taste even simply spread on croutons and canapés.
The Crema di Gorgonzola DOP is without preservatives.
