INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
– 125 g of Calzetti DOP Gorgonzola cream
-125 g of Calzetti 5 cheese cream
– 320 g of pasta fusilli
– 100 g of grated Parmesan + 50 g for the surface
-125 gr of stretched curd cheese
– a knob of Butter
– Flour
– Milk
Preparation:
In a saucepan we melt the butter over low heat, pour the flour and create the roux. At this point, add the milk and continue to mix over low heat until it thickens and has the consistency of a cream. At this point, add salt and pepper and add the nutmeg.
Pour in the two CALZETTI cheese creams, add the diced stretched curd cheese and 100 g of Parmesan. Always mix well over low heat until everything is well blended.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and turn it al dente, add it to the cream cheese we prepared earlier in a large bowl and mix well, mixing everything together.
Butter a pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, remove the excess bread and pour our seasoned pasta.
Sprinkle with the remaining grated Parmesan and place in a preheated fan oven at 180 degrees for 20 min. and for the last 5 min. with grill function.
