INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
- 320 g of caserecce
- 2 trays of Cacio & Pepe Calzetti cream
Preparation:
First, boil a half pot of water.
When the water comes to a boil, add a handful of coarse salt (to taste) and dip the caserecce.
Drain the caserecce 1 minute before the time indicated on the package and transfer them to a pan, taking care to conserve the cooking water.
Vigorously mix the caserecce in the pan with the Cacio & Pepe cream, adding 1 ladle of cooking water.
Once everything is creamy, your caserecce are ready to be served.
nb. it is important that the pasta is not too dry, add cooking water as needed.
