Hamburger with Cheddar Cream Cheese
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 HAMBURGER:
– 2 sandwiches (ready made)
– 1 pot of CALZETTI CHEDDAR CREAM
–2 burgers (meat or vegan to taste)
– 1 large tomato
– a few curly lettuce
– 1 medium onion
– 100 gr of sliced bacon (for the version with meat)
– to caramelize the onion: 1 teaspoon of low sugar, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and half a glass of water
Preparation:
- Clean and slice the onions. Cook them in water (in a pan) for a few minutes, then add the vinegar (which must evaporate) and finally the sugar and stir until it has dissolved.
- Meanwhile, heat a plate or pan and toast the bacon for a few seconds. Then cut the sandwiches in half and toast them too for a few minutes.
- Assemble the cheeseburger: Start with salad, then proceed in the following order: a few slices of tomato, caramelized onion, hamburger, a generous layer of CALZETTI CHEDDAR CREAM, a few slices of bacon, more caramelized onions, salad.
