INGREDIENTES PARA 4 PERSONAS<\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

– 125 g de crema Calzetti DOP Gorgonzola<\/span><\/p>\n

-125 g de crema de 5 quesos Calzetti <\/span><\/p>\n

– 320 g de pasta fusilli <\/span><\/p>\n

– 100 g de parmesano rallado + 50 g para la superficie<\/span><\/p>\n

-125 gr de reques\u00f3n estirado<\/span><\/p>\n

– una nuez de mantequilla<\/span><\/p>\n

– Harina<\/span><\/p>\n

– Leche<\/span><\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

En un cazo derretimos la mantequilla a fuego lento, echamos la harina y creamos el roux. En este punto agrega la leche y contin\u00faa mezclando a fuego lento hasta que espese y tenga la consistencia de una crema. En este punto, salpimentamos y a\u00f1adimos la nuez moscada.<\/span><\/p>\n

Verter las dos cremas de queso CALZETTI, a\u00f1adir el reques\u00f3n desmenuzado cortado en cubitos y 100 g de parmesano. Mezclar siempre bien a fuego lento hasta que todo est\u00e9 bien mezclado.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cuece la pasta en agua hirviendo con sal y ponla al dente, agr\u00e9gala al queso crema que preparamos anteriormente en un bol grande y mezcla bien, mezclando todo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Untar con mantequilla una sart\u00e9n y espolvorear con pan rallado, retirar el pan sobrante y verter nuestra pasta sazonada. <\/span><\/p>\n

Espolvorear con el resto del parmesano rallado y colocar en el horno ventilador precalentado a 180 grados durante 20 min. y durante los \u00faltimos 5 min. con funci\u00f3n grill.<\/span><\/p>\n
