Posted @withregram \u2022 @ladylebol I'm a lover of cheeses, but not spreads ... I don't eat or buy any, NEVER!

\nWhen I tasted the products of @crema_calzetti I had to change my mind.
\n
\nIt's the only spreadable cheese I've ever liked ....
\n
\nSo, to answer those of you who have asked me in private: THEY ARE GOOD TO LOVE .. plus they are without preservatives!
\n
\nAs usual, I tasted it before trying it in a recipe .... I tried the Asiago one .... and I'm sorry for @crema_calzetti, but that one will not arrive in any recipe, we had it all ... NATURE !!! Because he deserved too much!
\n
\nThat said, today I propose you some SINGLE PORTIONS OF CHEESE AND NORCIA SAUSAGE
\n
\nDoses for 8 single portions (diameter 10 cm)
\n2 trays of @crema_calzetti spreadable with 5 cheeses of 125 gr
\n2 tray of @crema_calzetti spreadable with Parmesan cheese of 125 gr
\n300 gr of Roman ricotta
\n200 gr of Norcia sausage
\n1 pinch of salt
\n1 pinch of pepper
\n2 rolls of puff pastry
\n
\nWith the help of a whisk, mix the ricotta with the spreadable cheeses, salt and pepper.
\n
\nCreate discs slightly larger than your mini-pans with the dough.
\n
\nCut the discs with scissors, taking care to also cut the underlying parchment paper, which you will use as a base for your molds.
\n
\nAdd a couple of spoons of mixture to each tartlet and finally the crumbled Norcia sausage.
\n
\nCook at 180 \u00b0 for about 20\/25 minutes ...
\n
\nPractical and fast ... you just have to taste ...
