Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 tub of “ Calzetti” spredable cheese cream at your choice
- 20 unsalted crackers
- 100 gr pickled onions
- 60 gr sliced Prosciutto di Parma
- 2 slices of red pepper
- a fresh cucumber
Spread the “ Calzetti” Parmigiano Reggiano cream on the crackers. Wash the cucumber and cut it into 20 slices you will put on top of each cracker. Cut in halves the slices of Prosciutto di Parma and roll them in a rose shape, put them on the croutons. Garnish each crouton with 3 pickled onions and a slice of pepper. Put on top some parsley and serve.
